Mr. Ibrahim Ali Fadel is a seasoned legal professional with over 35 years of experience in legal practice and consultancy across Egypt and the United Arab Emirates. He is a registered attorney with the Egyptian Bar Association, holding the highest degree of registration, allowing him to plead before the Court of Cassation, the Supreme Administrative Court, and the Supreme Constitutional Court.

In Egypt:

• Founded and managed a successful law firm providing comprehensive legal services: Fadel Law Firm for Advocacy and Legal Consultations, officially established in 1992.

• Handled major cases before all levels of courts, including courts of first instance, courts of appeal, criminal courts, administrative courts, and supreme courts.

• Fully proficient in drafting legal documents, such as statements of claim, legal memoranda, appeal petitions, and cassation requests.

• Extensive experience in oral pleadings, enforcement of judgments, and handling execution disputes.

• Significant expertise in contract drafting, corporate law, company formation, and providing legal support to institutions, particularly in the real estate, tourism, and industrial sectors.

• Served as legal advisor to several leading Egyptian companies.

In the United Arab Emirates:

• Provided legal consultations to several prestigious law firms in the UAE.

• Extensive experience in commercial, civil, criminal, personal status, and arbitration cases before all levels of UAE courts.

• Provided legal support to local and international companies in the commercial, industrial, and services sectors, with extensive experience in drafting commercial agreements and negotiating with partners in contract formulation.
