Dr. Amr El Suwidi

Amr is a Legal Consultant in our Dispute Resolution Team; he practices advising on all aspects of investigations. Commercial advisory experience including, drafting agreements, and contracts in Arabic.

He adeptly manages the Private Notary and Authentication division, along with legal services across our firm and centers. His expertise lies in meticulously handling documentation for notarization and authentication, ensuring comprehensive coverage in every aspect.

He is known for his strong problem-solving skills either when is subject to proceeding in the Court or to amicably settle the issue, he specializes in civil, commercial and inheritance & succession laws.

He is competent at preparing all submissions and statements of action in commercial/civil/inheritance cases and he makes sure that all the perspectives are achieved.

Experience:

Has 8 years’ total experience, prior to joining AHA, he practiced as a trial lawyer, predominantly dealing with civil and commercial cases before the Courts of First Instance and Appeal in Egypt. He worked in several well-known Firm.

He holds:

PHD in Public Law, in 2023 from Cairo university – Egypt

Master Degree in Public Law, in 2018 from Cairo university – Egypt

Bachelor of Law (LL.B), in 2016 from Al Mansoura University – Egypt
